Please complete the following:
If I weren't an artist, I would want to be a(n). . .
Psychologist. I feel the human mind is absolutely fascinating and would have loved to study it more intensely. I actually enrolled as a psychology student before changing my course to graphic design.
When I'm not creating art, I enjoy. . .
Traveling, visiting museums, horse riding and being in nature.
People who know me best would describe me as. . .
A workaholic …lol! No seriously, I can easily get so intrigued with a piece I am working on that I forget all sense of night and day. Besides that, I guess I am passionately motivated, loyal and a little eccentric.
People might be surprised to learn that I'm really. . .
Painting with a somewhat dysfunctional hand.
My biggest fear is. . .
Losing my senses in a way that I cannot create anymore. I’ve always thought that if I lose my eyesight I would sculpt, but imagine losing both sight and touch…
My greatest source of inspiration is. . .
It can be one of so many things - sometimes it is art itself, often when observing the creations of others it is as if I see their story and I get incredibly inspired to go and create my own.
My favorite artist and artwork is. . .
This is such a difficult question since there are so many. I think I will mention a different artist and artwork every day you ask me depending on my state of mind for that day. However if I have to choose, it would probably be Leonardo’s hand studies or Rodin’s Danae.
The best advice I ever received came from a friend, who said follow your heart, do what you are most passionate about and everything else will follow.
My life's philosophy is
To strive for all that is good, true, honest, beautiful and pure. |
